ALL FORMS MUST BE DULY COMPLIED AND SENT TO US IN EXCELL, NOT SCANNED COPY (THANKS)
Vsl's requested documentation for Croatian port's
Please, kindly send to us min. 48 hrs in advance as follows:
- Pre-arrival forms duly compiled (attached)
- Updated Crew list in Excel form in pre-arrival forms
Also pls kindly send following vessels certificates:
- Certificate of Ship's Registry
- ISPS Certificate (International Ship Security certificate)
- International tonnage Certificate
- Certificate of Financial Responsibility for:
- Bunker Convention / Insurance for Bunker Pollution
- Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damages (CLC)
- International Anti-fouling System Certificate
- Wreck Removal Insurance / Financial Security
- Insurance covering Marine claims
- Maritime health declaration
In order to arrange custom formalities pls kindly send:
- Cargo manifest for the cargo in transit (if any)
On arrival pls kindly prepare following documents:
- 2 maritime health declaration
- 5 crew lists
- 2 store lists with updated bunker
- 2 personal effects
- 2 Cargo manifests - could be photocopies
- 2 Cargo plans
On departure we need to be prepared:
- 3 crew lists
- 2 store lists with updated bunker
- 2 personal effects
Also pls send us vessels contacts in order to be in touch with the vessel.
